Someone's After OctoMom!!!

OctoMomNadya Suleman may have hit a speed bump in her pursuit to own the rights to the word OctoMom -- seems some other company may have beat her to the punch!

TMZ has learned a technology company called Super Happy Fun Fun applied for a trademark on the word one month before Nadya did.

Here's the catch -- for the most part, both Nadya and Super Happy Fun Fun are looking to apply the trademark towards different things -- with one exception.

Both parties filed for "Class 041 Status" which means they both seek to use the word in the world of entertainment -- including perhaps a reality TV show?!

It's unclear if the two parties intend to do battle over the word -- but we'll find the true "Octo" owner soon enough.

46. Neither one will get a trademark...the word is already in common usage, and that will prevent getting a trademark on it.

51. Yeah someone's after Octomom and they are IRS! I hope she get hit with a BIG tax bill too. She cant use the births of her 8 babies for a deduction cause and taxpayers are only allowed since we are the ones paying the bills. She cant use her home either since she had that put in her dads name to hide the fact she has money. So I guess octofraud will have to pay big monies to uncle sam next year LOL!!!!

55. egad, will it ever end?!!!

sadly we have not heard the last of her. as long as the media keeps reporting and looking for the "money shot", she will remain in the public eye.
so to blame those for commenting about her here, as being responsible for her continued coverage, it is ridiculous. it is only when the media stops showing interest that she will fade from our minds and as long as she keeps throwing herself in the path of anyone with a camera, it will never stop and people will continue to express their justified anger to anyone who will listen.

maybe if enough people scream boycott at everything/product she attempts to represent or touches, then the message will get across.
here's an idea, maybe we should begin with the media, as some have suggested, NOT!
then our voices won't be heard and we have that right.

as much as she needs, begs and craves the spotlight, we need to voice our disapproval. only when the coverage stops will we finally enjoy peace and quiet and she will fade into obscurity. given enough rope, she will hang herself with it.

i can dream, can't i?!

60. Can we move on, this whole Octo-mom is getting so old, I really don't see the attraction, yes she has 14 kids, but all were born via lab. Anyone stupid enough can do that. I think she is a leech and mentally unstable, and am positive these kids will suffer a life full of drama, these kids will be made fun of for life, forget the one born with a hair lip, aren't 1/2 her kids special needs. This whole thing is insane, No where but the USA would this even be allowed. She's on welfare with the first six, then has eight more? Somebody needs to bitch slap her ass!
