24. I think she looks lovely, but I don't see any "extra" weight at all. And I agree with the redundancy comment above -- unborn fetus? Whoever wrote this needs to tighten up his or her writing skills. Meanwhile, the way to tell if a woman or man is too thin is to look at the neck. If you can see how it works (tendons, etc.) then they are underweight. IMHO.
