Jakey needs to remember that he is lucky the paps want to take his picture for his fans, who pay for his tickets to douchey events and parties... if they STOP wanting to take his picture, he'll end up a waiter at Chili's. Nothing against waiters at Chili's.

I am all for keeping the paparazzi out of peoples faces, and that they should be at least 20 to 25 feet away from their victim. But, a celebrity, who chose this lifestyle, should not be 'flipping off' the paps. If they weren't taking his picture, then he would be out looking for the paps. Free publicity! I don't think that the paps should be asking the celebrities the really stupid questions that are asked (just watch your own tv show tmz), they should be just taking pictures from a distance, stop causing traffic problems, and stop putting people in harms way.

As for Jake, it is really childish of him to have done what he is doing in this picture.
