11. Milian is just trying to get a hot track. She has a hard up and desperate reputation for getting tracks any way she can. I doubt Dream will help her any. She just doesn't have "IT". She's worse than Ciara and that is really saying something since you have to turn the volume up to 10 to hear any of Ciara's weak vocals. Ciara can at least dance better. Milian is a nobody.
