Unlike most other Earth children, Suri Cruise's third birthday party is a media event -- but Tom and Katie had to call the cops when the paparazzi crashed the shindig ... in a helicopter.
Tom's camp called Beverly Hills police around 3:00 PM yesterday to complain about the helicopter overhead. We're told the LAPD airship did a flyby, but the helicopter was gone by the time they arrived.
Cake, party games, and birthday audits went on as planned.
46. Time to enforce the laws of California, regarding flying over homes. It's 500 feet; if the helicopters flew lower, then arrest the dumbass pap who hired them, and arrest the pilot who did it. Enough already...

50. No matter what you think of the parents, you need to leave the kid's birthday party alone. I just hope there were other children there. Suri needs to spend time with other kids.

55. Yet another abuse of taxpayer funds and example of celebrity justice funded by taxpayers. You think if a non-celebrity complained about an intrusive helicopter, the police would rush out their helicopter to investigate? If you sunbathe in your yard, be careful, those guys have high powered lenses.

60. its her wackos mothers fault for keeping this child in the limelight and showing her off to the paps al the time. i feel sorry for suri because i never see this girl dirty like a normal kid her age and thats because her wacko mom always has to have her looking so pretty all the time and clean to the paps . im glad Tom doesnt show his kids off like she does and i did hear that hes not very happy that wacko mom is always showing her off. Tom is a good dad and he IS suris dad. if u look at baby pics of tom , suri looks just like him.
Angie and brad have normal kids. they can get dirty and watch tv. they act like normal kids but Katie better keep this little girl out of the limelight!
NOT COOL! hollywood parents have had party's for their kids and no one knows about it. they CAN do it on the sneak tip but Katie loves her little girl getting attention. Katie needs help. not tom! Tom has given us some really good movies and has worked his butt off. Katie cant even act. al I'm saying is keep her away from the cameras!
