Tyrese's Prenup -- Ex Gets Nada

TMZ has obtained the prenup between Tyrese Gibson and his soon-to-be ex Norma Gibson -- and from the looks of it, she won't be getting much when it's all said and done.

According to the docs, Norma doesn't get a piece of any of Tyrese's possessions -- not his production company, not his cars, not his house ... nothing.

The prenup does state that Norma would get a lump sum of $50,000 for every year they were married -- maxed out at 10 years. The couple was only married 10 months.

How's this for brutal? The prenup says that if either side files for separation or divorce, Norma has to move out of the house within 60 days -- or else Tyrese can get a court order to make her move out.

Tyrese Gibson must hand over $65,000 to his estranged wife Norma as a divorce settlement, a judge has ruled. The former model filed for divorce from Norma in January, citing irreconcilable differences following 10 months of marriage. Norma challenged Gibson’s petition and accused him of being a bad father to their two year old daughter Shayla.
She also requested a judge grant her some financial compensation, even though the union was so brief, because “(Gibson) earned roughly $800,000 during the 10 months of marriage”. On March 2nd a U.S. judge made a temporary ruling in her favour - making Gibson pay $6,230 a month in support, $2,730 to cover her rent, and a further $800 towards her car payments.

60. Actually - you are wrong. The agreement says NO spousal support for either. The $50,000 payment was only during the marriage -sounds like sort of an anniversary "gift" AND it states she was to use the money towards investment to help support her should they get divorced. So even if they were married 5 years - she would have gotten the money during the marriage but not AFTER the desolution $50,000 payout. No lump sums.
