Barack Obama wants change -- his top economic advisor just wants a nap.

Lawrence Summers, Director of the White House's National Economic Council, was caught dozing off during a meeting with credit card officials on Thursday.

Looks like someone needs a more stimulating stimulus plan...

He and his administration need time to clean up the damn mess Bush and his damn people (and Dems too) made the past 8 years!!!!! Why the hell didn't Bush bring our troops home? They have been there far longer than they needed to be anyway and hell yes I supported the war and our troops (and I will ALWAYS stand in support of our military) and as I have stated in previous posts I voted for W his first election but I sure as hell did not vote for him his 2nd nor did I vote Republican! I'm glad we captured Hussein, I'm glad he's dead. It's way past time now for Iraq to stand on their own again, let them stand alone and do as they do or let them fall on their faces WITHOUT OUR HELP, we've been there long enough! But W sure as hell did not make an effort to bring our troops home, close down Guantanomo Bay, etc. As a woman that proudly worked for the federal gov't for 26 years and with all services, I am astutely familiar with monies it takes for a defense budget etc. I am willing to give President Obama time before I sit back and judge and criticize him so harshly as you choose to do. And you sure as hell will not find me making racial comments like so many people do every single time anything is published about him or his family. DISGUSTING!

38. Give the poor guy a break. You ediots know nothiing bout this man! These people are under tremendous stress with the economy being the way it is, and under a new Presidency and staff. Im sure they are burning the candle at both ends, you have no idea what kind of hours this man is keeping. You all seem to forget that he is human just like the rest of us, How alert would you all be if you was being forced to work the round the clock hours I'm sure they are doing?

43. The Obama bots did vote with their Brains thats the problem. I have personally asked about 100 young people this week , if they know what socialism is. Only about 5 knew it was a question about politics, but those 5 did not know what it is. Democrats and republicans are both, a side show. Republicans talk a good game, but are too few weak stomached AND or complicit. 8 Trillion stolen so far. The Fed will not tell the American people where the TARP money is. That info is hidden like under a TARP.
