39. Those pants make her look like a homeless lady; no offense to the homeless. Jillian Barbery Reynolds wore the same type of pants on "Good Day L.A." Both Fergie's and Jillian's pants look absolutely ATROCIOUS. Some people will wear anything, thinking it is 'in style.' Ugh..
