18. I really dont see what the big deal was. Matt was going like what 5m/hr. Street always seems dead, its not like BJ is running around out of control, no hes following his owner, as a behaved dog should. I would have a problem if I did see Matt on th bike and the dog on leash, that is wasy more dangerous.

20. Ok, that's just wrong! Why is he allowing his dog to run in he middle of the street, that's a hazard not just to the poor dog, but to anyone in a car as well. That is totally irresponsible behavior. He's endangering the dogs life, other motorists, and apparently himself since he's not even looking where he's going. I knew there was a reason I can't stand this idiot.

I am just saying if this dog BJ ends up getting hurt because of Mathew's ignorance I hope someone holds him accountable, especially since TMZ has been documenting and commenting on his neglect of safety toward his dog for a month or two now. Where is the L.A.P.D or the A.S.P.C.A or PETA, are there any initials i forgot?
