'Lost' Star Sued for Sexual Harassment

Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show "Lost," is being sued for sexual harassment.

According to a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Chelsea Stone claims that while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.

She also claims Cusick "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side." He then squeezed her breasts with his hands.

According to the lawsuit, approximately twelve days after this went down, Stone was let go. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Cusick's rep had no comment.

35. total crap-bs-she probably came on to him-he wasn't interested-she got her ego(feelings) hurt,and decided to get even and sue for monetary gain and ruin his rep as the wonderful husband we know him to be...she's gone -probably didn't do a good job on the show, but Henry will be on Lost till the end-Desmond is a great character and Henry is a great guy-he would never do this-don't be so gullible people!

42. If the allegations are true, she should be compensated accordingly by a court of law (not by what you idiots are saying). If not true, she should go into hiding. True or untrue, he's ugly.

44. First off, he is NOT ugly, but to each his/her own - and I don't believe he would do this, and she sounds like spoiled brat who is desperately seeking attention. But it's very wrong to falsley accuse someone of this! She should be counter-sued for slander.

45. P.S. To you who said he's ugly, you probably haven't seen him on the show, because when he talks he is GORGEOUS and add to that his sexy Scottish accent, and you'd see he's the hottest guy on the show. I miss seeing him so I hope he's back on soon!
