'Lost' Star Sued for Sexual Harassment

Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show "Lost," is being sued for sexual harassment.

According to a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Chelsea Stone claims that while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.

She also claims Cusick "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side." He then squeezed her breasts with his hands.

According to the lawsuit, approximately twelve days after this went down, Stone was let go. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Cusick's rep had no comment.

47. I am literally LOLing at a lot of you sitting here saying HE'S HOT HIS ACCENT IS HOT. Not everyone is interested in an accent and not everyone considers him attractive, and just because he might be to some doesn't mean harrassment of any type is okay. I don't know if he really did it, I'm hoping not but if he did, yes why would she let him, but maybe she was saving face not to make a scene and felt violated enough to report it, being fired over it was wrong. If he didn't do it and she is just wanting money, they'll investigate. No one should "lighten up" when being sexually harrassed. You fangirls need a life and most likely a man asap.

But women think that oh you looked at me weird I'll sue your ass or he accidently touched my ass or accidently brushed up against me. Get over it WOMEN some things are an accident and some things don't interpret SEX like so god damn many women think that almost everything is about sex when men doing something to the lady. 57. Total lies! I know him and you will not find a more humble, humane and caring person in the world! He is highly respectful of all people. I think that this will backfire on this woman because the number of character witnesses he can produce will show her for the liar she is. But this is just too terrible a thing to happen to someone as nice as Ian.
