Snoop DoggSnoop Dogg may be the biggest rapper of all time -- you would think that means he's making the most money. So why, Mr. Snoop, are you in the hole to the state of California?

We've obtained a tax lien -- filed last month -- showing The Dogg owes the State $284,053.59.

By our calculations, that's about 190,000 joints.

33. I agree with "lalaland". If ya'll know where to get $1.50 joints filled with the best "sticky icky icky, oohh whee"...please...do share. Ha! Ha!
Even if CA collected all back taxes from all the entertainers that owe, it would still be a drop in the bucket. The state Governator, legislature, and the like have to learn how to reduce state spending and borrowing more money just to pay for what they over-spend. It's a vicious cycle that no one seems to want to break. There's too much personal wealth to be lost. Why do you think we are still using fossil fuels? Internal combustion engines have been obsolete for years. Wu Tang clan said it best..."Cash Rules Everything Around Me, C.R.E.A.M, get the money, dollar dollar bill yaaa'll!"
