TMZ has learned Xzibit owes at least $21,403.98 in back mortgage payments, and he's officially been warned by the bank that foreclosure is next.

But judging from the way Xzibit flashed his ridiculously expensive diamonds in Vegas Wednesday night, someone forgot to tell him about the house trouble -- and the more than $500,000 he also owes in back taxes.

X-to-the-Z rocked an iced out necklace and a really, really expensive watch to ROK nightclub -- where he partied like his name was Nero.

In addition to nearly losing his home in Woodland Hills, California -- it was reported last week that the IRS filed a $205,485 lien on X in L.A.County for non-payment of his 2007 taxes, and yet another one for an additional $296,355 for 2006.

Maybe that's why he was double fistin' the vodka ...

19. Well, half of Obama's cabinet didn't pay their taxes either, so why should this guy? As far as the mortgage thing, isn't the government going to start paying that for him? I'm sure if he voted it was for the current occupant of the white house. Its the age of personal irresponsibility after all.

21. Obama has been in the office for around 100 days and people expect him to clean up the mess from your last presidents 8 year debacle. How can Obama be worse than Bush? He hasn't even got his feet wet. I would think it will take the better part of a year in order for him to really settle in and figure out how to work the system from the inside.
I might be mistaken but wasn't the original stimuls package put togeter by Bush?
It seems to me that no matter what Obama does some people are just not going to like him. He could walk on water and some people would say...look at that guy, he can't even swim!

24. what s up with all the Obama hate? Just goes to show that the Fox-sponsored teaparty "movement" is more about resentment about losing to a black guy than anything else. Plus the back taxes owed by the cabinet nominees were generally in the low five figures. Over $200G is ridiculous.

29. When you're worth millions of dollars, you have accountants to handle things like this. Some are good, some are bad. Do any of you people know the REAL story, or are you just assuming he's purposely not paying? And to "Fo Real"...I have never seen X with platinum, gold or any other non-white colored teeth. That comment was complete idiocy and it shows the level of intellect you have. You probably just regurgitate any half assed opinion you hear and make it your own. X is not responsible for the Trillions of dollars lost worldwide, neither is President Obama.
