Yeah-Yeah -- An Eye for an Eye?

Marty YorkIt may not be a defense to criminal battery, but at least the dude who played Yeah-Yeah in "The Sandlot" is telling cops a story that's consistent with his injuries.

Marty York tells us, yeah, he backhanded his GF, but only after she attacked him in his car during an argument. Now we have York's mugshot that seems to back up his story -- that she hit him.

Is that a defense to striking the girl? It may be up to a jury.

P.S. -- They're back together.

This situation is the same as Chris Brown so thats why you dont see them here, plus there isint any hate for this guy the way it is for CB on this site so why the hell would the Cb fans feel the need to come out here to defend? If anything, they may want to draw the comparasion between the two situations and highlight the lack of hate for this man, whoever he is.

45. A real woman does not hit a man or anybody else. but if she hits him - a mans upper body strength is more than a womans. his blow could kill her & he'd be charged with killing her.
