Yeah-Yeah -- An Eye for an Eye?

Marty YorkIt may not be a defense to criminal battery, but at least the dude who played Yeah-Yeah in "The Sandlot" is telling cops a story that's consistent with his injuries.

Marty York tells us, yeah, he backhanded his GF, but only after she attacked him in his car during an argument. Now we have York's mugshot that seems to back up his story -- that she hit him.

Is that a defense to striking the girl? It may be up to a jury.

P.S. -- They're back together.

91. OMFG people, seriously, even if she struck first this is never OK! I cannot believe the majority-right now over 55%-think this is ever OK. Doesn't everyone know by now that the guy is much more powerful in 99% of the cases and can simply walk away. Should a person ever lay a hand on another person in anger-NEVER, but having said that, if it happens where a woman is being an idiot and does this, the man should leave her ass and never go back-not hit her! 92. IDK about what really happened. I think too many chicks want to get in a guys face and then act shocked when they get hit. Not that its right, but everyone has a breaking point. With that kind of drama they should not be together, though I'm sure the sex is great! And yeah-yeah, he is so hot now!!!!

93. Well, she hit him and he defends himself, if he had hit her first then nobody would say anything about her then defending herself and hitting him back. Not that people are "justified" to hit anyone.

95. as far as eyebrows... how many times have women complained about unibrows on guys... this guy cleaned them up recently as evidenced by the no-tan areas. Nothing wrong with grooming. Second, "Never hit a women"... Tell that to the preacher in the south gunned down by his wife while in bed... How about the women responsible for abusing their children. Women are no saints despite popular media protrayals.
