As in, The Queen's English -- because once our British photog started talking to Ciara yesterday in London, he might as well have been speaking in tongues.

The paparazzo is British, but his accent is thick and mushy - sounds like he has a mouth full of marbles - and it would be difficult for most North Americans to understand him. So, it is not just foreign speakers of English who can have a hard time being understood.

15. I'd have to agree with the other peoples comments i actually couldnt really understand what the pap was saying either he talked so fast and his accdent was very thick. but she was very nice about it and asked him to repeat so she could answer him.
