Heidi and Spencer -- Wedding Faux Pas

Heidi and SpencerThere are three major rules for every wedding reception -- and Heidi and Spencer broke every one of them.

Rule #1 -- Open Bar
Spies at the wedding tell TMZ that while beer and wine were free, guests had to shell out $10 for mixed drinks. That's just bush league.

Rule #2 -- Food
What food? We're told the cocktail hour was sparse -- with some sort of tuna tartar dish and something described as "chicken salad on a cracker." There were hardly any servers and the portions were small.

Rule #3 -- Show up on time
You'd think this one was a given. Call time for the reception was 6:00 PM, but the the doors didn't actually open until 7:30. And the guests of honor didn't show up until 9:00 PM -- which probably would have been fine if there had been food and free drinks!

18. I am no fan of these two kids, however; they are younger than me I think (i am 23) and they provided free beer...How is that not awesome. Even wine for the ladies, and guys trying to look smart. Any other drink should cost $10. Should they have bought everyone a Lambo? They're kids getting married, not a golden goose. I have captained many 100k+ weddings, and free wine and beer is totally on par.

YOU DID JUST FINE WITH THE FREE BEER!

19. hey #5 not everyone is a beer swigging redneck, I'd much rather have a scotch on the rocks then something that tastes like spencer pissed in the bottle and passed it out.

26. Spencer has said he won't go to a club to promote it or whatever for less than 100,000 and that is what he gets paid to show up.
You would think they could have spent a few thousand to cater some basic things or at least a thousand at Costco and bought some half ass appetizers.
He makes 100,000 to show up at a club and I assume this is common knowledge and everyone pays this or more.

Owner-We need to get this club back on track, pay a couple of celebrities to hang out for a while next Friday.

Manager-Sounds good, who do you want to try and get.

Owner-Do you have anyone in mind

Manager-How about one or two of the cast of entourage, we could offer them about 3,000.00 each to come hang out for a while on Friday night.

Owner-No, if we are going to do this, let's really make a statement.
Owner-I head that Spencer guy that dates that little blond on some fake reality show will make an appearance for 100,000, see if you can get him.

Manager-Spencer, I can get him for some free drinks but if I even let him in here it would do more harm than good.
Owner-I saw him on a show and she said he would not make an at a club for less than 100,000 dollars
Manager-I would sure like to see a list of the clubs that hae paid him 100,000 dollars to make appearances. That's pretty funny but seriously what about Kevin Federline or the old wrestler China or Shauna Sand.
Owner-China or Shauna Sand, I want the younger crowd, not middle aged, how much would Tara Reed cost?
Manager-She’s here right now, hold on and let me ask her.

28. UMMM... first off are you serious when you say that it is a MUST HAVE to have an open bar??? are you kidding me?? so much booze is wasted and with people being poor as it is, you, TMZ can go screw yourself if you think that if a wedding doesn't have an open bar, then it sucks.

as for heidi and spencer, i would have guessed that they would have an open bar as well as tonnes of food, oh well I don't care.. but come on tmz, doubt you'd all have open bars at your wedding, unless you are rich, OR stupid

29. How rude. And, still boring.

30. I disagree with open bars at weddings. Everyone is happy with wine and beer. But, as soon as they find out that the entire bar is free, the guests go nuts and start ordering top-shelf drinks they wouldn't ordinarily order if they were paying and drink three times as much as they ordinarily would.
