During final arguments in today's hearing where Britney Spears' people are trying to get a permanent restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Jon Eardley -- Brit's lawyer called both guys "cowards" for not showing up for cross-examination.
All arguments have been heard and a decision will be made shortly.

3. ...said the pot to the kettle...ummm...where's Britney? Oh, that's right....she's fit to go on a World Tour but not appear in court. Sam Lufti is a creep but I'd say this is a pure double standard.

5. The difference in the double standard here is that Brit is working her ass off, whereas Sam is ...most definitely not.

6. IMHO it is way past time that this woman was left on her own. Exactly how long is a judge going to keep her in bondage to her father. If she was an average human being this would not be happening. i feel that this is in violation of her civil rights and it is all based on her money and her capability to make more. She is either still mentally ill and should not be out there working her rear off or she is well and should be alowed to run her own life. You can't have it both ways. I am not a fan of hers but I hate to see anyone made into a cash-cow.

7. I suspect Britney was running away from her home environment where that creepy Sam Lutfi was "homesteading," hence Britney constantly on the road, the curb, other places other than home where one would typically feel safe in, but not her! I would bet Britney was emotionally, spiritually and most likely physically abused by that creepy-good-for-nothing Sam. I hope the Judge, Britney's family and those who care for her, make sure Sam and that "character" Adnan and those they associate with aren't anywhere near her again. This is what happens folks, when you distance yourself from your family members, for better or worse, opportunists like Sam and Adnan take over and demoralize, drug and exploit you. Let's hope, Britney surrounds herself with those who have her best interests in mind.
