Clueless newlyweds Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag aren't letting a pandemic influenza outbreak get in the way of their honeymoon, so they headed down to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Although swine flu comes from pigs, the CDC has not confirmed if this latest strain originated from Spencer.

26. The first thing I noticed was her round stomach. I was wondering too if she might be pregnant. I hope not because those tools would stop at nothing for more publicity. I wouldn't be surprised though if she was preggers! Also, why honeymoon in Mexico? I thought they would've picked Paris, France or some other exotic locale for a honeymoon!
