Kate Walsh Divorce -- House Is a Big Zero

Here's the house that has triggered the epic fight in the divorce between Kate Walsh and Alex Young. Alex wants to know how much money he should get from the property. But here's the deal -- they bought it for $4.95 mil in 2007 -- but It's now only worth an estimated $3.6 mil. So according to our math, Alex is SOL.

By the way ... Kate put down the lion's share of the down payment and he left her with the mortgage and the bills.

17. WHO CARES ABOUT THIS WOMAN? Seriously, I could care less about her pettiness or a husband apparently she knew for 5 minutes before spending an enormous amount of money and press to marry. Typical Hollywood narcissist. Kate Walsh and the people who hang on to her, just do us a favor...GO AWAY!! Heidi and Spencer are more interesting and they suck.

If she has other assets--like stocks or other property--that have decliined over the 14 months of their marriage, does he own half of those losses is sold? Just wondering.

The house is on a hill and the photographer didn't adjust his camera when he took the picture of the house. The house itself is not leaning. The house is on Notthingham Road in Los Feliz,CA. If you are a fan of Flipping Out on Bravo, the nice white Spanish Hacenida Jeff and Ryan we renovating in the first season is located on this street. One of the best in town.
