Cover Your Ears -- Congress Gets Nasty!

Ever heard of apotemnophilia, coprophilia, frotteurism, klismaphilia or gerontosexuality? Thanks to Rep. Alcee Hastings, who had the embarrassing task of listing off the dirty deeds, we have.



Rep. Hastings was mocking the language used in a proposed amendment to the hate crimes bill. It's unclear exactly what the author of the amendment was actually trying to accomplish -- but it certainly frazzled Hastings.

P.S. -- Wanna know what the terms mean? You'll have to Google 'em. We can't tell you.

5. Apotemnophilia is the erotic interest in being or looking like an amputee. It should not be confused with acrotomophilia, which is the erotic interest in people who are amputees.

Coprophilia is the paraphilia involving sexual pleasure from feces.

Frotteurism refers to a specific paraphilia which involves the non-consensual rubbing against another person to achieve sexual arousal

Klismaphilia is a paraphilia involving enemas

Gerontosexuality????

9. I like to know if these acts are commit without hate crime being the reason. What would the crime be ?I might be plain stupid, but if these acts are committed to anyone they are a crime. Do You have to hate a color or religion or sex oriented person to be charged with a crime. My point is what the hell are they talking about . These crimes are not hate related . To me sexually abuse is the crime.
