After being released from prison for "good behavior credits," Lane Garrison was spotted in L.A. on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old former "Prison Break" star checked into a rehab center to shorten his probation for vehicular manslaughter and two other alcohol charges.

Heard last night on E! News Joe Simpson (Jessica and Ashleys Daddy-O) is a close family friend hosted a welcome home luncheon for him yesterday.....musta been before he checked into rehab. Yeh they all find God in prison and are changed....for a fast minute. Time will tell. That's all I'm sayin, prove yourself, if ya F up again, than I'll pass judgement.

Wow, he appears quite gaunt and pallid. Then again, being locked away for a considerable amount of time will etiolate one's skin. Hopefully he's able to move on with his life and find happiness once again.
