35. People should keep their dogs on a leash at all times so that everybody is protected. Animals are unpredictable and you shouldn't take chances.

37. This clown is the reason I carry a can of Mace with me when I walk my dog. I'll give any mutt a chance to back off my dog but I'm always happy to mace them if needed. I'd rather do it to the owners but they are never around. This idiot needs to go away.
