41. I DO think TuPac is still ALIVE... but he's certainly not hanging out in New Orleans looking the exact same. If he is alive which he very well could be... he wouldn't do either of those things. So NEITHER of those dudes are TuPac, sorry TMZ, good try.

Tupac is the only star that has been assumed alive other than Elvis of course (the assumptions are not even comparable), but think about it Tupac had all kinds of death threats, so he got the hell out of here, and as for the new albums he released... they say it is recreated using his voice from previous songs... i think he ran out of money and needed to make more so he came out with albums... and just like every other amazing rapper eventually his songs turned commercial and bubbly, you would too if your life was as easy as his is right now of on an island somewhere living life in peace lol
