Cindy Crawford's Hubby Sued for Harassment

Rande GerberRande Gerber, the business mogul husband of Cindy Crawford, is being sued for sexual harassment by a pair of former female employees.

According to a lawsuit filed in March in San Diego County Superior Court, two former waitresses claim they were fired from a restaurant owned by Gerber's company for refusing to give in to the advances of Gerber and other managers where they worked.

On one occasion in 2008, while working at the Moonstone Lounge located in the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, one of the women claims Gerber attempted to kiss her three times during the night, then "put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch."

The women are suing for unspecified damages.

Gerber's reps tell us, "These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless," adding, "This lawsuit has no merit."

He's married to Cindy Crawford, for cryin' out loud ...

50. He's been doing it for decades. I PERSONALLY saw him do it to a waitress at the Whiskey Bar in LA more than once. (remember Belinda, Rande?) The waitresses there almost got together to sue him, but they got to infighting and never got it together. Cindy is an idiot if she doesn't know about it.. He's a straight up scumbag - always has been.

Randy was nearby trying to hit on a hot cocktail waitress. Poor Cindy. When a women craves attention, and her man gives it to someone half her age. Must be tough for Cindy.

54. This is totally true. I worked at one of his bars, at the W hotel in New York, and he was a real pig. None of the girls could believe that such a vile guy could be married to Cindy. He was CONSTANTLY hitting on us and making the lewdest comments, like "what you need is a good f$#k" or "someone needs a good lay around here", and on and on . He was gross.

56. Sorry Christie there is something wrong with a man getting friendly with a woman and letting her know he finds her physically attractive. It hurts other people. Ooops, yes, there are other people's feelings and lives involved, something someone like you doesn't bother to consider. I can tell by your comments that you are one of those people who it's all about you, not about anyone else. Whatever you want or need, that's all that matters right? You could care less about someone's spouse, or innocent children who get hurt when you fool around with the guy. Let's hope more people care that someone has a spouse, or children and spurn their advances. It isn't happy for kids when you break up their family Christie.

58. I hope it's not true. Maybe these women are making this up and just want money (you know they want money.) I've sort of admired Cindy Crawford. She seems down to earth. Plus, she is very good-looking--she's healthy looking. Anyway, her husband is a very successful buisness man, quite healthing looking. I thought they seemed like a decent, not too screwed up, family. Sadly, these accusations against Gerber are propably true. What is with these men? He has a beautiful wife and children and yet he pulls this crap with waitresses he employs. How low and crass, grabbing at these women, harassing them! He humiliates his wife. Men can be such PIGS. Sickening. How shallow and common, god I hope she divorces the freak.

60. Not surprising nor hard to believe, really...Anyone ever been to a Gerber owned bar?...The waitresses at these places make even Crawford look ordinary...And men in the businesses of nightclubs and bars are as likely to philander are as men in the police force...It's almost a job prerequisite
