49. Here’s the real story from a Cub’s fan that watched this game…
1) during the 6th inning interview with the Cubs radio broadcasters, she said that she was not a singer and had no singing talent
2) 90% of the celebrity people that sing at the Cubs 7th inning stretch can’t carry a tune
3) there have been celebrities that have done Cubs 7th inning stretch duty that have done far worse than Denise (has anyone ever seen Ditka’s version – heck even Eddie Vedder, the LEAD SINGER of Pearl Jam was off key)
4) the spirit of the performance is to have fun with it, not have it critiqued like it was the “all important” American Idol final show performance

So all the haters that relish in complaining about EVERYTHING and finding fault in EVERYONE should chill out and relax. You can go back to monitoring and complaining about the swine flu pandemic that has not, and will not, materialize.

Drink the Kool-Aid folks – because that’s all that you know how to do.

Oops did I say swine flu – I meant H1N1 Influenza A virus because that’s what THEY said to call it.

59. OMG that actually hurt my ears, it's like she wasn't even trying. You'd think after Wildthings she could at least sing "take me out to the ball game". Wildthings, Bomb! Marriage to Charlie Sheen, Bomb! Reality TV, Bomb!! Singing "take me out to the ball game", BOMB!!!! What's next, she quits acting and becomes a stripper? Now that I think of it, that sounds like something I might actually PAY to watch... but only once. Oh wait, never mind, she's already done that, she posed for playboy.
