7. I learned about this earlier this morning. I am a huge fan of David's and have always felt touched by him and his love for his brother.

I hope David is doing well, as this is a very tragic loss. I'm glad that he still made it to the race in DC today and that his fans helped him raise over $90,000 towards brain cancer research.

13. My thoughts and prayers are with David and his family. Incredible that he still ran in the race right after finding out his brother was gone. The guy is a true hero in my eyes. Godspeed, David and family!

14. This is so sad. Brain cancer is a monster; I lost my mother to it last month. At least he is no longer in pain. May he rest in peace, I'm sure he will be terribly missed.

15. Its Always Depressing When Someone Dies . David Cook Will Have a Hard Time Recovering From This, Seeing As Though He Was So Close To His Brother . After Hearing Davids One Song "Permanent" , It Make This Alot Worse To Hear About .
