Sharon Stone's basic instinct is remaining youthful.
Here's the 32-year-old back in 1990 (left) -- and 19 years later, the 51-year-old version in L.A. this week (right).
She's no cat woman.

Gobble, Gobble, Gobble...turkey neck gives it away every time.
she looks great and don't seem to have gone under the knife, see normal aging, but she sure colors her hair and keeps a young style, that helps. nothing wrong there with that and good for her!
i don't see a plastic face here, so there!!
Neither. You just found an especially good picture of her. She hasn't looked good since Total Recall.
If she did the famous beaver shot she did in "Basic Instinct" today, I'd want to take her cooch to a shelter for bowl of soup...that poor sad thing. Can a vagina slouch?
People used to say I looked like her when she was younger, but I never saw it. She's had some work done but it looks good (who in Hollywood hasn't)...she still rocks at 51 and looks better than most.
have you seen her plastic boobs?
she has had lots of work done
and good lighting
This is the same woman who wanted to have Botox injected into her young son's feet to keep his shoes from getting smelly. I think it's safe to assume that she's gone under the knife and needle herself.
Not that it has done her much good, but still...
If she's gone under the knife, she has a pretty good doc. At least she doesn't have the telltale Cabbage Patch tucked-in face and narrow alien eyes!
Um, did she get plastic surgery to have that bend put IN her nose, because I don't see it in the before picture.
Another NEITHER. You poll creaters reaaaaaaaally need to add that as a 3rd option.
She still looks good for her age, and yes the docs did wonders, but she doesn't look all that wonderful (like Jaclyn Smith does!!!!)...
The second and third great boons to longevity are photographers and lighting technicians, once one has left youth behind although PS is gaining.
