Like others, I question why she has waited so long. If she was a member of SAG, they should have been going after these residuals. 20 years ago, I did an Unsolved Mystery and I still get a small check every year. So why didn't she question this then. If she has been trying for many years and this is just coming to light, then she may have a case. She does have a substantial part in the video and is the only other credited performer besides Jackson. There are two sides to every story. We really don't know either side.

I doubt that an actor who gets hired for a music video gets a cut in royalties from the success of the song. Seems totally ridiculous. She got paid for her work in the video, but now she want to get more due to the ongoing success? Seems very strange.
And a little late....

oh, I'm not in the acting business. I was not aware that as an actor one can get ongoing royalties (like a musician). Interesting.

Seems to be just another day for MJ. Everyone out to get his money.... So sad how this has all unfolded. People need to leave him alone already. They have done enough damage as it is. :( I really hope something remarkable happens in his life and he will once again regain his thrown and be on top. He deserves it with everything he has been through...
