Ripped would mean that he'd have some abs. I don't see any. Looks like he just lifts because his arms are nice. And, yes, his legs are kind of ...unattractive.

Saw him on Dave last night, he looks good in a suit, but most men always do. His arms are very well defined. Needs more definition work on his abs. I'll pass on the legs.
