16. I worked with the girl in one of his most watched videos and she didnt want to talk about the experience because she got stiffed not paid! and she was one of his witnesses for his child molestation charge with a promise to get paid and she didnt.

19. Ashley, how old are you? Young I suspect. You always make the jealousy comments especially about the singers and I'm fairly certain about Lindsay too. Anyway, I am indeed a fan of Michaels musical talent as well, period. I'm not a fan of his injustices or that he's gotten away with those injustices because he's managed to pay off the families and the victims.

21. . The contract with Bain clearly state that she had an agreement with MJ and that she would get 10% fee of any agreements MJ goes into if its generated by, or due to the direct efforts of Ms. Bain or any of her contacts.

And she believes/argues that she was the main force behind his deal with AEG and therefore should get paid for it.

However, her claim of being responsible for his deal with AEG contradicts with the ceo of AEG, because Randy Phillips have said that THEY in 2006 gave Michael a standing offer to do shows. Ms Bain claims that she started to negotiate about shows in 2007.

However, she is also seeking 10% of the proceeds from Thriller 25 sales and from the Sony/ATV refinance. All of this makes 44 million dollars?!
Im pretty sure that MJ hasn't get paid yet by AEG, so how can she claim that amount now? Hmm!

Lawsuits are always exaggerated so the negotiations circles around big bucks! If this goes to court.. she has a lot to prove that she was in fact the one who negotiated the

27. She got to travel all over the world because of Michael Jackson. She should be grateful and move on. She is ruining her career because nobody will hire her now and rightfully so. I live in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands and I met Michael Jackson personally at a restaurant when he visited here. He spoke to my son and we all took a picture together. He was so gracious and nice. My son told him he played the violin and he said it was one of his favorite instruments. The picture we took is one of my favorites. Take care Michael. Beware of the vultures!

28. She is a PR Hog! There was no need to make a video statement and show photos of her and MJ together. Of course, she wouldn't change ever working for him - he gave HER good press! The hair and suit are awful on her. Black women do not have blonde hair! And I cannot even believe she made the statement about rumors on their relationship. You are not his type of black woman that he would be linked to romantically (ie. Shana and Diana Ross or caucasian, Brooke). That will just bring rumors. Well, Ms. Bain I hope you lose because you signed that Payment & Release Agreement and now want millions of dollars. When MJ cut you a check in Dec. 2007 it was just fine with you and now you want to sue him. Too bad he did not uphold his brother Randy decision when he fired you a couple years prior yet MJ gave you another chance. Vulture!
