33. Seriously, this clip should be turned over to the police for investigation. He CLEARLY did not wait until she was completely on the bike and settled. Not to mention the dozen traffic violations. PD should burn his license before his very eyes and donate his bike to an organization like MADD. Its people like him that give motorcyles a bad rep on the road and cause accidents that kill innocent people.
