Miss California Carrie Prejean -- Take it Down!

Carrie PrejeanMiss California Carrie Prejean wants to put a lid on those nude photos that have been posted on the Internet -- stat.

We've obtained a cease and desist letter fired off from Carrie's lawyer to thedirty.com, demanding that the site take down two photos, showing a topless Carrie posing for the cam.

In the letter, her lawyer says, "One of the displayed images of Ms. Prejean was illegally taken under false pretenses when she was a 17-year-old minor and unable to consent to its creation."

The letter goes on: "The other image depicts Ms. Prejean's likeness but is not an actual photograph. It is an electronic manipulation ["photoshopped'] of her image created without her consent."

The response from thedirty.com: "Your client's publicity rights are substantially inferior to the right of the public to consider, discuss, agree and/or disagree with Ms. Prejean's actions and views. This is not conduct for which your client's consent is required." Translation -- go pound sand.

48. It's always those holier than Thou types that take cheap pot shots at gay marriage or the way others live their lives, only to find out that they themselves don't live up to their own high and mighty morals...

Isn't it great that I STILL have my choice to "same marriage" in this country despite her and her new found "friend"'s efforts?

Dear Miss California,
I'm sorry, but it's MY opinion that posing for racy pictures when you are a child is is wrong, and devalues other young women, I'm sorry, nothing against you or anything, but that's just the way I FEEL. Please clean up YOUR OWN act before you sign up with some religious group campaigning WITH AN AGENDA, to restrict other people's life choices... Consider your fifteen minutes NOW up.... Shut up and go on to your porn career you little hypocrite...
That's all ....

49. TheDirty lives up to its name. If there is even a slight possibiliy that Carrie was underage, and this IS child porn, regardless of whether she was 7 or 17.. this is illegal and disturbing and instead of coming with witty comebacks, they need to remove the questionable material immediately before it circulates or they could be charged with a felony.

The gay culture needs to stop using Carrie as the scapegoat for all their issues with the law. No one cares who you screw.. you don't need to parade around and advertise what you do in the bedroom just to get legal rights. Just go and come up with a more logical argument than "We're allowed to love whoever we want.. so we need to have marriage rights!" .. because people could love goats and they would not be allowed to marry them and get rights.

50. When she was 17 getting half-naked pics taken....where were her parents?

51. So what's her problem? I thought she said she's a model and this is what models do? 17 or not (and frankly she looks older than 17) she's the one who happily took her top off. If she was 17, then where's her parents? Either way she didn't win Miss USA and that's going to change. Of her 15 minutes, it's all going to come to an end at the press conference come this Tuesday morning. She's nothing but a fame whore who wants all of the attention as long as it's on her terms. Too bad it doesn't work that way. She must have been absent at the Christian school the day they teach all good Christians and young ladies not to take their tops off - for the almighty buck.

52. This is total retaliation for not believing in gay marriage. I'm a confirmed liberal and I still think this is not right. She believes a marriage is between a man and a woman and that is every bit of her right as believing marriage is between anything and everything else. Unlike a lot of people who just follow the herd, she spoke her beliefs and didn't cave to the political correctness that consumes our society. The more people hate her, the more I admire her gumption and conviction.

53. I would pay a BUNCH for porn flicks or mag. spreads (Playboy, Hustler, etc.) with either Miss Cal or Sarah Palin! Bring it on, ladies! I'm betting they would be the biggest sellers ever.

55. Tamara, sweety, Prejean is more of a lemming than anyone. She is nothing to be admired, she is an attention whore. And also you eat boogers. That is all.

57. The Dirty should be prosecuted for child pornography to the fullest extent of the law. Not the kind of law that Obama's cabinet observes on taxation, but severe child pornography law. The photographer or manipulator of those photos should also be prosecuted by any other law that can be used. Then all involved in releasing those photos without her express permission should be required to register as sex offenders, again to the fullest extent of the law.
The perverted gay community should lay off and let free speech and expression be allowed. Even if the homosexuals don't like it. There are still 80 percent of the people against you. Get over it.

58. There are a lot of people upset because she thought she was allowed to voice her opinion. They post on here. Should THEIR posts be removed because everyone doesn't agree with them? Such hypocrites. Go throw a tantrum somewhere else.

59. Really, this whole issue is more than ridiculous. A few pics of a side view of a female torso? It is a great comment on just how prudish and repressed much of American society is. Please, all you would-be-censors out there-get off your high-horse and get over it!

60. The last Miss U.S.A. contestant who got this much attention was Vanessa Williams & She's done pretty well for herself. I don't even know who She had to concede the crown to. The same here, I have no idea who actually won this year's Miss U.S.A. pageant but I hear the name Carrie Prejean constantly. Carrie will become more famous than the winner. Isn't that what the pageant is all about. Future contestants learn from this. Say something politically incorrect!!!!! It will definitely help your career.
