16. My Uncle used to have these kind of pictures in his 'MAN ROOM". We were not allowed to go in that room, but I went in one day and saw this type of Cheese cake type photos. You really didn't see anything that was shocking. They are art pictures. After working in a professional photo lab for 25 years, I think you have to show me something a little more shocking to call it pornography.

17. I am gay and I am not comfortable with the idea that a contestant's opinion should be cause for elimination. There are a LOT of people out there who oppose gay marriage, believe me. Even some gay people are opposed to it. It's a fairly new concept that is gaining acceptance around the country, but acceptance will not be fostered by this kind of backlash.

19. I agree. Perez Hilton is out of control and has been extremely nasty and out of line. How did he ever get on the panel in the first place? Why aren't gays calling him on this. He portrays the very worst stereotype, and negatively impacts all gay people. Maybe, it is because he is only important in his own mind.
I don't have to agree with her opinion about gay marriage, but it is one held by many, including president Obama who said before being elected he did not believe in gay marraiage. Everyone is entitled to their opinion without being viciously attacked. You have to respect everyone's opinion, whether you agree or not. That is what is so great about this country. The hate brigade is what is so terrible.

21. This girl is being harrassed only becasue she was asked HER opinion & gave an honest answer. I applaud her for doing that. So what if she loses her crown, she will be remembered for sticking to her guns! Lets see how many Americans do that as we move forward. She's entited to her opinion just like every one of us, for now, until this adminsitration completes its move to remove our thoughts. Not all of us are going to turn into ROBOTS. If i was asked that question & my job depended on it, I'd be unemployed today. I am sure she fears God more then the liberals or gay community. Good job Carrie. We all have to stand up for what we believe in, whatever it is.

27. The difference with this woman is she seems to not have lied about it and put it out there beforehand. Carried lied. Also, the pagent is having a problem with Carrie not getting permission to do events as Miss CA to push her bigoted agenda. Something else Carrie signed and is not following the rules on.

This lady can have her opinion all she wants. I am sure 50 years ago, a beauty queen may have offered her opinion that those with a different skin color would have to use a different bathroom in her country, or 100 years ago say women should not vote. Hopefully those who feel all people are equal would have fought her and asked for her not to represent an entire state on those beliefs, even if it was majority opinion.

She is entitiled to her bigoted beliefs, she is not entitled to a crown if she is breaking rules.

28. Miss RH was able to clear those photos with the pageant because they were published. Carrie Prejean's panty photo was sitting in a crappy photog's drawer somewhere- that was until they were used to smear her because she spoke out against an agenda she didn't believe in. Shocking that a person would do that, isn't it? What I want to know is how come the people that call them "naked" pics or tit shots are always gay? I'm not sure what you are trying to convince the rest of us- that you see sex sex sex everywhere you look or are just fully stupid? Good luck fighting your cause with misrepresentation and lies- as far degraded the mainstream has become, it still does notice these things.

30. I’m glad that things turn out so quickly that we all can see some negative qualities that Miss Carrie Prejean has. She definitely does not have the qualities that a Miss California is expected to have. So, she should resign and let someone else who is more suitable to carry the duties of Miss California at this point. No need to defense her anymore!!!
