62. First off Miss California lost so why are we still talking about her? She is the same as Octomom--famous for being a dumb*** and making stupid decisions that the media can mock.

The other side of it is--unless you pose for Playboy or some other quasi-respected magazine where the pictures are copyrighted and the images somewhat protected from unwanted distribution then its your own damn fault when your "sexting" pictures come back to haunt you and some a**hole posts them for everyone on the internet to see.

That and she should know by now that ANYTIME an opinion is spoken in a public forum where you say you are moral or christian or religious or republican the media is going to chop at the bit to attack you with whatever skeleton you have in your closet no matter if you forgot about it or not.

I guess overall I am just sick of the whole thing---women/teenagers taking pictures of themselves naked and then claiming they were not aware of the consequences or that suddenly they were raised in a moral/christian household. It's like first off your parents--regardless of their religious affiliation should have told you taking naked pictures of yourself was not a smart idea and second they should have told you to expect judges in a beauty contest to ask you questions designed to make you look like a dumba*** or embarrass you because DUH you are in a beauty pagent--not running for President or doing something important where your answer/opinion is really wanted for anything other than to prove the whole notion that you are a pagent contestent and therefore an idiot.

63. It's not just about the comment or the pics, she lied, MULTIPLE TIMES. She said there was only one picture, which now we know there are atleast two and TMZ claims to have been sent 4. She signed a contract saying she had NEVER posed semi nude. She isn't going to the things she is supposed to being Miss CA. She opts instead to carry out her own agenda. She isn't living up to her responsibility and needs to be replaced. I hope Trump makes the right decision on this one!

Someone in his camp that has great influence on this pagent orginazation has started this mess.

I feel that the girl is entitled to her opinion. I don't believe whole-heartly in his view-point, however, it's a feeling. These pictures were taken at a very early age.

It just goes to show how sick this Perez really is. He needs to see a professional asap. At this point of his life, it might be too late.

What makes you so sure the officials were not aware of their existence?...Because Shanna and Perez say so?...
