Babwa wore this frilly black ensemble to the Time's 100 Most Influential People gala last Tuesday -- then again to the White House Correspondents' Dinner Saturday, matching earrings and all.
Them fancy dresses is expensive, maybe the recession is to blame?

42. What a disappointment Barbara Walters has become. A petty self-important bore. It diminishes her many accomplishments the way she carries on these petty childish disputes on the air, and grasps at the most meaningless validations. Time Mag's influential list is a meaningless sham. The guy couldn't even say why Zac Efron was on the list. It's all PR nonsense and it makes Barbara look like a fool to use it to validate that awful show. That show was only watchable when Rosie was on. The only reason the ratings have been up is because Rosie popularized the show, and then the election maintained the momentum and inter-host fighting.
