This is what America is. You have Freedom of Speech only if you agree to be liberal and entirely ruled by the genetalia.

If you want to start talking about what's right and what's good, then you will either be called a terrorist or you will have all the incidents of the past dragged out into public view.

If you were once an alcoholic and you stopped consuming alcohol because it is evil, you will have all the incidents when you were an alcoholic brought out to the public square and you will be discredited.

21. The real issue here should be the fact that the young woman deliberately lied when asked if she had posed semi-nude, regardless of her age. I am disappointed that she broadcasts her supposed Christianity to back up her personal choices when she makes other choices which do not seem to truly reflect what a Christian would do; it seems hypocritical. As far as the question she was asked during the pageant goes, she is certainly entitled to give her personal opinion, realizing that, if chosen to be Miss USA, deliberately tricky questions are likely to be asked of her, and she would need to think before she opened her mouth. In my estimation, she lost the possibility of the crown because she could not think quickly on her feet as evidenced by such phrases as "in my country". Sorry, but the pageant was not in just her country, and she was not in the Miss Universe competition where the phrase might have had some bearing. Of course, Donald Trump is likely to keep her -- she generates controversy, thereby attracting public interest, which is his life!

23. If you consider the pictures of Miss California "Racy", I would be you have not visited a public swimming pool or beach since the 70s. This is a rediculous charge meant to take out someone who merely stated her opinion. The proper answer to that question would have been, "I agree with president Obama on that issue". Then, the media would have never blown it up to what it is today. Instead, there is even more conflict between the homosexuals and the heterosexuals. 24. First, if the source is telling the truth, then Prejean lied on her application. According to the rules, that is grounds for disqualification. There is no other debate. But if Trump keeps her on, it is because he too lies and breaks the rules and thinks that it's ok to do so. As to Prejean's comments at the pageant, first of all the question was totally inappropriate, so I can't fault her for the response. But once again, it's just another example of the 'tail wagging the dog'. She wanted her fame, regardless of how she obtained it. Guess she should be really happy. As for me, she's just another puppet and liar.

25. Well every thing I read is that nude is bare all. The pictures are topless, so that is not nude.
So she was not lying. The pictures that I viewed she was covering up with her hands, so I have not
seen any Topless photos. Regardless, she was asked a question and I do believe she has the right at that point to give an answer. If you don't like the possible answer, than use it against someone, than don't ask the question. Perez. what a joke

26. Well THE HARD TRUTH, Carrie Prejean said what maybe 30% of Americans believe. Maybe 95% in your trailer park, but nationally it's about 30%. As gay marriage doesn't effect me, and I could care less, it's legal in some states and countries and the world hasn't ended. I am more worried about my future, not about whether two men or women can marry, then they get to have the joys of divorce and pay like the rest of the world....Anyway, the issue here is that she lied. She is trying to be Miss. Morality giving the biblical answer to a question, when the bible doesn't say anything about gay marriage. If anyone can show me the actual scripture that says Two men or two women can't be married, then I will say ok fine. The bible also says that Adam and Eve were the first couple on earth but then their sons married the daughters of Ham? Who was that? If Adam and Eve were the first people, the bible says so, then does that mean Adam changed his name to Ham so his sons could commit incest? Come on people, learn to read. To take one or two verses out of context, just to support a position you have. I can also say Wo unto the liar because they will be thrust down to hell, and also adulterers then should be stoned, people who steal should have their hands cut off, and women who menstruate need to be outside the city walls for 7 days or in a special house until they are pure again. We should not eat pork, even though God said that everything in the garden of eden was for man's use. EVERYTHING. Then the story changes? And in the Old Testament God was vengeful and now he's loving in the New Testament? Somebody really did some editing I think with the Bible. And what about the missing Gospels???? 30. Whatever happened to if you sign a contract and break it you suffer the consequences? This has nothing to do with freedom of speech etc. it is an infraction of the rules. We have become a society of people who do not want to follow rules, and "let's look the other way". This is what happened to the "innocent" homeowners who signed mortgages/contracts without reading, and when their payments ballooned to an astronomical amount, they cried and blamed the banks. Did anyone put a gun to their heads and forced them to sign? People need to be held accountable for their actions and quit blaming, crying, lying etc.
