David Hasselhoff's Ex -- Over Your Dead Body!

David Hasselhoff & Pamela Bach David Hasselhoff's ex, Pamela Bach, wants to make sure ... if David croaks, the spousal support keeps a comin'.

Pamela has asked the judge in their never-ending divorce for an order, requiring David to maintain life insurance, which would pay her support if David dies. There's actually a law in California giving judges the power to make such an order -- seriously!

But David doesn't want to shell out the dough for the life insurance, claiming it wasn't part of their divorce deal.

So until death do us part doesn't really mean that ...who knew?

7. Wow, what a lazy piece of sh*t. I feel bad for guys when they get divorced because the women are trying to take everything away from them, even their kids. I have never been supported by a man and think women like that are lazy, disgusting, c*nts. Have some self-respect! I dont think I'd want a penny from my ex-husband.

9. There is also a law like that in NY. It's actually quite common. Moreso however for when there are minor children involved, if the main bread winner croaks, the children could potentially be screwed. In this case though, she's just a money grubbing whench.

11. If he gets life insurance, I hope he just names his children as beneficiaries! The ex-wife does not need to get any more money out of him than what was originally agreed upon! If she can't live on what he is giving her now, then she should go to Walmart and get a job to supplement her income!

13. Know what I love about Harvey? As an attorney, he's well aware of how the law works. But when he writes this garbage, he always tries to feign complete shock to put a spin on it.

Life insurance beneficiary re support? That's pretty much the norm if you have a good attorney who remembers to add it in. Evidently her attorney forgot to cover that before settlement. Oops.
