If you're trying to prove to a cop you're not drunk, taking a swig from the breathalyzer might not be the best way to do it.
As far as we know, the footage was shot recently in Serbia ... but no one here speaks Serbian ... so that's our best guess.

I'm a Canadian of Serbian background, and I just wanted to confirm that yes, they are speaking the language, which is properly called Serbo-Croatian (there is no language called Serbian, nor is there one called Croatian).
They are speaking *very* fast, but the police in the video are basically saying along the lines of, "Let's just do this and then get on with our day ... C'mon ... C'mon ... " at which point the old man tries to take a swig out of the breathalyzer, thus proving that he's definitely drunk.
He's giving all us former Yugos a bad name, lol. Although I may or may not be drunk as I write this, lol. ;-) (Yes, I'm joking.)

Croatian language is the official language of the Republic of Croatia, while Serbian language is the official language of the Republic of Serbia. Even though the languages are quite similar, they differ in many words and grammar. So saying they don't exist is a bit offensive to both Croats and Serbs...

The "punch line" of the video is actually "Should I blow or suck" asked by the old man (since the old man did not understand that he was having his BAL measured)
And for the record-Serbian is the official language of Serbia and "Serbo-Croatian" has not exhisted in many years...
For the gentleman who couldn't care less about other languages of the world-Skip the video (and the comments) that are not in English-easier than insulting a nation or two.

poor old man!!! who knows where exactly this was filmed. it could be bosnia, serbia or croatia!!!! and it could be either of the three languages spoken in the different regions.
