Kiefer SutherlandWe've learned the L.A. City Attorney has contacted the NYPD for all their info on that Kiefer Sutherland headbutting incident last week.

Kiefer is on probation for a DUI conviction in L.A. One of the conditions of probation -- he must obey all laws. The City Attorney could go back to the judge and ask that Kiefer's probation be revoked and that could potentially mean some serious jail time -- around 11 months max.

The City Attorney hasn't made a decision yet.

23. Maybe Kiefer should call Dick Cheney and ask to borrow one of his torture lawyers, after all Sutherland's show supports the use of torture and makes it look like it is necessary and effective. Cheney should be grateful and give a fellow torture supporter some ..umm support.

29. Papers are being prepared to revoke Sutherland's probation as we speak. He will be given the remainder of his sentence which is 10 months. Of that, he will serve at least half in the LA County Jail. There will be no cushy cell in the Burbank Jail this time where he paid for his stay last time. Mark my words, LA County is going to make an example of Mr. Sutherland.
