Doesn't really matter. From all accounts the prince is a very nice, intelligent guy and will make a wonderful King some day. At least as king he will have the love and respect of the people in the UK, which is more than his father has. With Kate as his queen, William will be one of the most popular kings in history, hair or no hair.

Shaving his head would be good if he had a cute-shaped head, but I'm afraid he doesn't look like the has the head shape to carry off the bald look. (But then I think Matthew McConaughey looks terrible bald too.)

Help may be on the way. A company called Follica is starting human trials soon on what may be the first cure for baldness. Rogaine and Propecia don't cure baldness, they just slow down the rate of hair loss. It's a private company, so if it works the doctors are going to be as wealthy as Bill Gates.
It is not a bad camera angle it just what happens when you age plus it is a shame that society judges people on how much hair they have. There is another reason to ban beauty contests. It is so stupid to put a value on looks and how you were born.
