49. I am Julie Hedges. I must say that those of you who have left negative comments need to find Jesus. The comments you have posted range from out right IGNORANT to down right evil in tone. I will pray for each and every one of you. This is the last time I will post any type of response. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PLASTIC SURGERY AND THAT INCLUDES NO BREAST IMPLANTS EITHER. I had gastric bypass surgery 7 years ago. It took me over two years to lose all of the weight and I maintained my weight loss (give or take a few pounds) until I decided to start a family. I have NOT gained all of my weight back. I had a baby!!!! I am currently seeing a personal trainer to help me get my baby weight off. My Weight Loss Website shows before, afters, and everything in between. NONE of my images have been manipulated. Why would that even make sense???? I have HUNDREDS of images on my site. My weight loss website is a documentary for all of us who struggle with obesity and eating disorders. It's a real disease that we each fight every day. For the past decade I have bared all of my body, soul, and humility on my website in hopes that my story would help another person just like me. I have Clinical Nude images on my website showing my before and after body PROVING that I have not had any type of plastic surgery. I simply entered a before and after contest with REAL images of me. I am not perfect and have never claimed to be... but one thing I am is HAPPY and I will continue to pray that each of you will find HAPPY one day.

57. She should be the role model of overweight women ( and men too ) who's successfully fight her obesity and get more than excellent result.

She should have movie and books made about her fighting obesity and getting her prize, a nice beautiful healthy physique, and inspire overweight people all over the world, giving the message that they can change their life.

If the grass looks greener on the other side of the lawn, then water your own lawn.

If the girl next door looks better than you, then start dieting and exercising

58. Hmm, looks fake like others have said. But if it is really her then she got a good nose job, breast reduction followed by new implants, her stretchmarks removed...LOL. Looks more like mother and daughter......other one looks older. Trust me, i have lost a lot of weight before (70 pounds) and I know im not that perfect LOL. Honestly, its not hard to photo shop or fake to be someone you aren't. I think the person just happened to look like this "woman" (looks more like a man to me IMO) and they did some alterations.

NOT A HATER. Just a real woman who's lost a lot of weight who knows that someone doesn't change that dramatically

59. BTW, IMO...gastric bypass or any surgery to lose weight is plastic surgery. I lost weight the good old fashioned way.....Not by the hands of a doctor.
