32. Check it out - an example of the charges facing HKS/K/E, Count 4:

"On or between June 9,2004 and September 22,2006, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of UNLAWFULLY PRESCRIBING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, in violation of Section 11153(a), of the Health and Safety Code a Felony, was committed by SANDEEP KAPOOR and HOWARD KEVIN STERN, who did unlawfully issue a prescription for a controlled substance, to wit: AMBIEN, HYDROMORPHONE, DILAUDID, CLONAZEPAM, METHADONE, AND XANAX."

It's not illegal for a Doctor to prescribe those drugs. Dr. K is a licensed Physician without Medical Board restrictions. HKS is not a Physician at all and can't be charged as one.

CA's Medical Board could easily have had its Doctors determine if the drugs were prescribed for a legitimate purpose years ago. Sanctimonious lawyers alleging Medical impropriety is unacceptable in a Court of law. The Doctor-Patient relationship always trumps 'magical thinking', especially when suspect public officials are trying to ride a celebrity 'cause' for their own benefit.

As a lawyer Howard knew it was against the law to have drugs in his name and give them to Anna!

All of these charges against them is from people who are trying to get Howard out of the way!
TX wants the Marshall $. This was proven by Anna's mom on TV over and over!
She wants Larry to sign her rights to have a say in that child's estate.
Virgie has sued how many people? How many times? I believe it is 5 times now.
Virgie is now pulling TMZ and Larry into a false allegation suit in TEXAS!
Ford Shelley and group do not want the Estate to continue to prosecute them for theft.
Rit wants out of her court case in NY.

There is no proof any of these people tried to harm anyone.
Anna called the shots.
If anything they were trying to help her.

The Prosecutor has no facts so she argues laws that don't apply to any of the defendants. Physicians can prescribe controlled substances for indicated purposes and people like HKS can't prescribe at all.

Bring on the preliminary hearing - let's see what the Prosecution purports as facts. Who says:

- ANS was a 'known addict' - what does that mean and who 'knew' it or confirmed it?
- no known medical problems? - ridiculous on the face of it.
- since when can Doctors NOT treat so-called 'known addicts' anyway?
- and on and on as we have discussed before.

The charges read the same as Speer's fabrications and McCabe/VA's baseless claims and FS's rants - and they are all collaborators - so it cannot be a coincidence.

Where's the 'meeting of the minds' (the conspiracy) - who came up with that claim independently in the DA's Office? Where's the motive (the quid pro quo) for a lawyer and two doctors to harm ANS? Where are the eye-witnesses and first-hand accounts that in any way support these charges against HKS/K/E?

We recall that the civil lawsuits from HKS have yielded a mountain of exculpatory evidence from real people who actually knew ANS and her people or were involved in extraordinary medical and legal investigations surrounding her death and whose declarations and statements and reports contradict the criminal charges and their underlying claims.

Release that 1400-page brief now and let's see who HKS/K/E's REAL accusers are.

They have the doctors records to know if there was a known med. cond. or not.

It was the treatment that is against the law swim! Thousands and thousands of pills to a known addict.

43. Ana Nicole was a sweet person and they are investigating if the drugs where provided regardless of the law just to be able to puppet her life. we can see that she had a relationship with her daughters father so i am inclined to say she was able to sneak away from her so called friends.

she had enough assets for her so called lover to want to keep her in the clouds with drugs....... it would be interesting to see who exactly had access to her money,,, did she pay her own bills..... how much money was howard spending on the side without her knowing??????????

i am very glad that Larry is her daughters father........ this keeps howards hands of her daughters estate.

the death of her son is another mistery????? was he given these drugs so that he would not give advice to his mother or voice his objections?????????????

mother and son died from drugs made available to them................. someone is going to jail just like the wrestlers doctors that are now serving time.

45. Look at the dates of the baseless charges against HKS/K/E.

ANS was so 'drugged and used and abused' that she earned millions during a major resurgence of her popularity. Her beauty exceeded her earlier days. She successfully gave birth to a gorgeous and healthy baby girl. Such was the result of her so-called malevolent and 'illegal' medical treatment.

The tragic accidental death of Daniel and the heinous attacks on ANS that followed by her own estranged family members and assorted low-lifes for their own financial gains created a crippling environment for which ANS received intense and private treatment and shielding. An accidental extra swig of CH may have ended ANS's life, but it did not change the nature of the caring and devoted peoples' actions to help her before that tragic day.
