Break-In At Lindsay Lohan's House

Some bad guys broke into Lindsay Lohan's home Tuesday afternoon and messed it up good ... or so it seemed.

Law enforcement sources tell us at around 3 PM PT Tuesday, the alarm company that services the house notified cops that the alarm had been tripped. When police arrived, there was evidence of a break-in. There were pry marks on the back door and tampering with the back window. It appears nothing was taken but the house was ransacked, at least that's what responding officers thought.

Now one law enforcement source tells us ... it doesn't look like the house was ransacked after all ... "It was just messy." !!!!!

Lindsay was not at the house during the break-in. The LAPD is conducting an investigation.

32. The LAPD needs to stop running its mouth off all the time. Stop leaking people's police reports and mug shots and gossiping. About everyone - celebs and non-celebs. Isn't it a privacy violation? At the least it is unseemly. Behave like a respectable organization.

33. Ok, I'm not 100% positive on this but aren't police reports a matter of public record? Perhaps not the actual reports, but I know for a fact that people (to include journalists) can very easily monitor police radio bands of their calls they get to respond .... so low and behold they (the journalists) know LL's address and arrive at the same time as the police and simply ask them what the problem is or why they're there OR they know the CODE for the radio call (i.e., the code for B&E or an alarm code for B&E etc.) quite simple really to gather that info. As for her messy house, indeed, sounds just like her MESSY MESSY MESSY and can't afford help to clean it up (cuz lord knows she won't do it herself). Hey Artie, you like her so much, go help the girl out, go on now....give her a helping Artie hand.

35. So let's see: a couple of days ago she was standing in a field wearing high heels and a padded bra trying to keep a ratty wig from blowing off her head. Her ex-girlfriend dumped her publicly and had the locks changed to keep her out. She is despised by anyone with power in Hollywood for her lack of talent and slovenly work habits. She has rehabbed THREE times and is still a lush. Her parents are absolutely toxic, a criminal father and the worst sort of wannabe stagemother nightmare. Her sister, who looks like she's 35 and yet is a teenager, doesn't attend school and wants to follow in Lindsay's footsteps. It's great to be LiLo.
