Less than two weeks after the Chicago Bulls were bounced from the NBA playoffs -- one of their star players was already on the rebound ... with a topless chick in St. Barts.

Cameras spotted 6'11" Joakim Noah -- the one with the crazy, frizzy hair -- puttin' a full court press on some smokin' hot woman rumored to be his GF.

Playoffs? What playoffs?!

If you don't like fake, fine. When you start calling someone out, just think about how hypocritcal you are being when you spend money on other things to make yourself look better. The same people bitching about plastic surgery are out there buying pushup bras, expensive clothes, makeup, teeth whitening, etc.
