Less than two weeks after the Chicago Bulls were bounced from the NBA playoffs -- one of their star players was already on the rebound ... with a topless chick in St. Barts.

Cameras spotted 6'11" Joakim Noah -- the one with the crazy, frizzy hair -- puttin' a full court press on some smokin' hot woman rumored to be his GF.

45. This guy is nothing more than a C-list player on a B-list team. He is an insult to all NBA starters. He will always be a mediocre player because he didn't go into to NBA for the love of the game. He's there for the money and fame that goes with it. The sooner he is sent packing from the Chicago Bulls, the better the team will be. Oh, and the chick he is with is not white, you dumb asses.
