49. Thats what is great about America...we have the FREEDOM to do what we want with our bodies if we so choose! Yes, some do go a little overboard and get oversized boobs or get addicted to plastic surgery. But it's time we women stop hating on other women! If you like your body all natural, great! But dont degrade another women who choose to enhance her assetts or get back what she used to have prior to kids.
To the person who said its "false advertising": implants are more real than the women who do the real false advertising w/ pushup bras, waterbras, silicone cutlets stuffed into their bras, etc. At least her breasts are still there when she takes off her bra! At least a man knows what he's getting when he sees her across the room. Nothing more disappointing than to think a woman has a nice figure and pretty, then when she unwraps herself, she goes from a perky 34C to a saggy 34A! And the next morning you dont even recognize her b/c all the makeup is off.
Dont put another woman down by calling her fake if you put on makeup, wear pushup bras/waterbras/stuff your bra, wear Spanx, fake fingernails, colored contacts, bleach your teeth, color your hair, get extensions, etc
