Who the Hell Owns Michael Jackson's Junk!

Michael JacksonThe auction house that was going to sell millions of dollars of property from Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch has filed legal papers, because it seems everyone on earth is claiming they own the goods.

Jerry Hawxhurst, the lawyer for Julien's Auction House filed the papers because there's an ongoing dispute between Jacko and his former manager, Dr. Tohme, as to who controls MJJ Productions -- the owner of the property Julien's currently holds. The property includes the titles to three Rolls Royce cars.

Julien's is getting caught in the crossfire and doesn't want to give it to anyone, for fear the others will sue the auction house claiming they owned the stuff. So Julien's is asking the court to take control of M.J.'s stuff and decide who gets what.

UPDATE: Dr. Tohme just contacted TMZ. He says he controls MJJ Productions, but says all the auction items are in Jacko's name. Tohme tells us he's not trying to claim any of MJ's property.

UPDATE
: Dr. Tohme just contacted us again, to say that Michael is the one in charge of MJJ Productions, not him. Sounds like this is reason the papers were filed in the first place.

17. Why is it that the things in Graceland are preserved and displayed for the world to enjoy with royalties going to the family of Elvis? and the things that belong to Michael referred to as junk? And if it's "junk" than why not give it back to him! Why is his legacy being stolen from him and auctioned to the highest bidder? Why is his life being reduced to some high priced yardsale? Michael has children. Why not give him back his things and let his fans enjoy the memories and let his children reap the benefits! I say too many black entertainers are dying penniless and shamed. I say give Michael what is his. He worked hard for it.They couldn't get him on those false charges...cant get him on taxes or drugs or any other stuff, so they take his belongings. God Bless America.

23. Ignorance is bliss. During the Information age it is pathetic. Anyone child who knows how to use a computer could search Julien Auction House and see the Michael Jackson Collection for themselves. Sorry TMZ--Julien does not show any "junk" or scrap in their five book catalogue of over 2,000 of MJ's possessions. Twice in April 2009, MJ stopped the attempt to auction his "priceless and irreplaceable" items; citing the sale as "malicious, fradulent, extreme, outrageous and without any legal justification whatsoever." Whoever is so low-classed or envious enough to see or classify gorgeous antiques, fine art and collectibles as junk needs to take a few classes.
