17. I love Adam Lambert and I hope he wins! So what if he likes to wear make-up and glittery outfits? There are worse things in the world. I applaud him for being exactly who he is. He's a great talent and good person. Go Adam!!!

19. The kid's got talent. No doubt about that. I would actually be interested in hearing him sing from his diaphragm rather than his throat and nasal passages. He has great control, but his voice is too high pitched and tinny. His vocal chords aren't strong enough yet to really expand his range. He has a lot of potential and I hope he finds a better vocal coach.

His glam looks also suit him well. He's very marketable. I just hope he doesn't end up living the life of Britney, Paris and Lindsay. He has far too much potential and it would be a great loss if he went down the wrong path.

@ Roxy - they are NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONALS - that is why some of them have been disqualified in the past.

22. I heard this guy this past Tuesday, for the first time, by accident. Hated his voice and singing style. What is wrong with the public? It seems to be reading some checklist of what a good singer is supposed to be. Ten years ago screechers like Maria Carey and Celine Dion were supposed to be great. Then it was boring wanabee faux-Las-Vegas crooners. Then it was windbag opera-like types, Now it is this type of howler-monkey. Just proves that if one has no taste, there is nothing one can do about it. But please, forget about it - stop being interested in music or other forms of pop culture you do not understand - and stop making the world such an unpleasant place.

28. I like some of Adam's performances...but when it comes to rock he is not a rocker. His voice is so shrill. The shrieking is like nails on a chalkboard. Why the judges rave about him and don't comment on that shrillness I don't know....well, yes I do know they want him to win as he will make more money for A.I and 19t.v. Adam reminds me of the EYELINER bands from the 80's, their kind of video-rock Flock of Seagulls, The Fixx, DuranDuran. I think Simon gets a woody watching Adam. BTW, how nice for Simon to go beyond the call of duty and get special permission to use a U2 song.... are the other contestants allowed to sing U2. Simon begging voters to vote for Adam....why does he seem to perform last??? conspiracy theories run a muck...
