31. OK, I serriously think this is just a scam. Who in thier right mind would wait 5 YEARS to take action on a stollen pet? Man, I would go billistic if something happened to any of my pets, and I would be pressing charges as soon as I knew who did it. This just pisses me off. This dude needs to get a life. Makeing up a story of a stollen cat? Either he's lying, and just trying to get money, or he never carred about the cat and is trying to get money now. Either way, he needs to leave Criss alone.

33. Get your facts straight, commenters. Minx was the first kitty on Mindfreak. Criss started watching this cat in 2006. Beacher didn't just now try to get the cat back, he's been trying for years. It's just now gotten to the point of being a lawsuit. Criss is a d-bag a-hole. Of COURSE he would do something like this.

34. god this is funny, {except for the fact the cat was really stolen}. Just reading the story the first time , I nearly died laughing. TMZ's writers can be so damned funny. ".accused of jacking the animal." is just ridiculous wording. That's a one in a million funny sentence.

and CRiss is a little bitch. Unless the owner wasn't taking care of the kitty. In that case, yeah steal it and give it a better home.

37. Common, Jeff Beacher's blog takes place over 3 almost 4 years to blog or report this. Please people, you can't be that ignorant.
You have approximately 48-72 hours to report a theft of this purportion not 48- 72 months, LOL. Then the police investigate and if charges are warrented (if a crime was actually committed ) THEY' RE FILED IMMEDIATELY IF THERE IS A BASES TO SAID CRIME, NOT YEARS LATER!

So it clear of those who have experienced theft or are educatated in legal matters, that Jeff Beacher is clear seeking publicity.

41. thats rediculous its one thing to want a cat back and a whole other thing for trying to get money out of it too...it wasnt his sorry butt feeding and looking after the cat...and if he gave such a crud about it he would have had the pet...grieving has nothing to do with looking after a cat if it means so much all he had to do was feed it whoopie do...its more like he wants money and to get his name in the media by suing someone who is high profile...and that in itself is sick...i hope Criss gets to keep the cat because he gave enough of a crud to keep the poor thing after it was ditched by dude.

42. The scoop, like Criss or hate him HE IS A GOOD GUY, First , Criss loves chics, Two he is loyal .With the exception of the
paps he is loved. Trust me his carrer came from years of hard work and humble beginings, he appreciates what he
has and doesnt take any one for granitt. Criss is not a theif and would never hurt anyone.,He is a entertainer with a
heart who loves and respects friends and family. This cat was abandoned by his original owner for 5 years not 5 days.
If he loved his pet he would have never let it go.; Criss offerd the cat back numerous times I dont think that will
ever get published. the paps prefer to trash Criss. You do not have to like his show but no need to attack his charachter.
No need to portray him as as$%^hole. .

43. If Criss has truly had Hammie 4-5 yrs. then that amounts to "abandonment of property" on Jeff Beacher's part. Ask any estate/probate attorney. I just hope Hammie (whoever he ends up with) is THE PRIORITY HERE AND IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF! Animals cannot speak for themselves, they are innocents.
